PAYMENT

Parent Portal: Credit cards will be billed at time of registration if completed through the Parent Portal.

In-House/Phone/Email Registration: A valid credit card must be on file to register for programs and will be billed the day of registration.  

If you chose to not have a credit card on file, payment must be received within 48 hours of registration time or child will be dropped from program.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All prices are in CAD.

REFUND

Class: We strive to ensure that your child loves his or her class, but if they don't love their class after the first week then we will be happy to give you a prorated refund for said class. Our Refund Policy is only provided once the class tuition has been paid in full. Full refund will be provided for injured athletes with a Doctor's note. There is a $15 administration fee for all drop-outs. NSF FEE A fee of $35 will be added to your account if there is No Sufficient Funds. This fee must be paid prior to your athlete attending class.

Camp: 48 hours notice to cancel. If you give less than 48 hour notice, you will be charged the spot as we can no longer fill it.

MAKE UP CLASSES

It is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian to arrive for the scheduled class. We do not offer make up classes for absentness, unless we, Great Lakes Gymnastics close unexpectedly. If this is the case, an email will be delivered for the date of the make-up class.

ATTIRE

For better movement, we ask that all gymnasts wear a body suit for girls or shorts and a t-shirt for the girls and boys. Long hair must be pulled away from the face. No socks are permitted within the gym. Water bottles must be kept with parents, or at the water bottle station.

I grant Great Lakes Gymnastics Center Inc. permission to use video recordings and photos in which I appear and/or [my child OR my student] appears, including, without limitation, use of my name, [my child's or my student's] first name, our voices and music, and hereby waive all publicity and privacy rights in such videos or photos. A letter in writing will be provided to management if I do not consent to the above terms and will be kept on file.

All members must pay a $40+HST ($45.20) non-refundable, non-prorated Annual Gymnastics Ontario Insurance / Membership Fee in accordance to Gymnastics Ontario. The AMF is valid from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Please note that these fees might not post automatically, but will be adjusted by our administration team. 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. By signing this document you will waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. I acknowledge that severe injuries, including permanent paralysis or death can occur in sports or activities involving height or motion, those activities include but are not limited to gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline, and cheerleading. Being fully aware of these dangers, I hereby give consent for my child(ren) to participate in any and all Great Lakes Gymnastics Center activities and I ACCEPT ALL RISKS associated with this participation. I also understand that Great Lakes Gymnastics has done all it can to create a safe and controlled environment for participants, and that all rules for participation must be adhered to. Failure to do so may result in the participant being asked to leave and the possible suspension or termination of membership. I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT.
